Our services include Project Management, At Risk Development, Asset Management, and Land Assembly. Every project is different and so is our role, but when deemed necessary for the success of a project, GCHP can and will act as the developer or co-developer of the project. In this role, GCHP offers vital assistance ranging from executing and facilitating land acquisition; deal structuring, project design, hiring of the on-site development team; and obtaining all necessary governmental permits and entitlements.
We also coordinate and manage project sub-contractors and outside consultants including architects, engineers, environmental specialists, government officials; and overseeing all construction and development to ensure timely completion that is on time and within the budget.
