The O’Brien House SRO, developed by GCHP in partnership with O’Brien House, provides 38 units of permanent housing for individuals emerging from substance abuse treatment. This new construction development, together with six renovated units in an adjacent building and a community center that includes meeting space, counselors’ offices and a day-care facility, completes the expansion of the O’Brien House campus in downtown Baton Rouge.  Photo by Julie Ballew.

The Venus Gardens Condominiums, located on historic Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard in Central City, New Orleans and completed in December 2007, consists of 30 residential and 3 commercial condominium units. GCHP is proud to provide a permanent home to the Ashe Cultural Arts Center and HOPE Community Credit Union, purchasers of the commercial units.
